About Us

OUR PHILOSOPHY

For decades, the attorneys at Marston & McNally have dedicated themselves to the practice of beverage alcohol law, based on the belief that being the best requires focus and commitment.  As states look to the future of regulated substances and make choices regarding legalization of commercial marijuana, Marston & McNally 's successful history serving producers, distributors, and retailers in the highly regulated field of beverage alcohol forms the basis for us to excel in a new, equally regulated cannabis industry.  We feel it is incumbent upon us to undertake as a detailed an approach  to commercial marijuana** as we do to alcohol, so that we can be prepared to serve clients from both of these high-stakes industries.

The attorneys at Marston & McNally are in regular communication with the regulatory bodies and officials overseeing the beverage alcohol industry in our home state of Virginia, with whom we strive to cultivate positive, productive relationships.  In addition, we have generated close relationships with regulators and attorneys throughout the United States, giving us access to the experience and knowledge of experts in other states about legal developments and issues taking shape across the nation.  We have been engaged in the commercial marijuana legalization legislative process and will remain involved as it progresses.  Clients can be assured that Marston & McNally will have the latest, most detailed information regarding developments on commercial marijuana in Virginia.

At Marston & McNally, you will find attorneys who understand the nuance of your beverage alcohol law and commercial marijuana industry law** issues.  Our complete dedication of time and resources to these matters is an asset for clients, who can rest assured that we will help you achieve your best possible outcome.
